I’ve never seen someone compare the work of the Dunne brothers. But it sounds like there’s some overlapping preoccupations, not least of all deals / status / money.
Love this. I’ve been a Didion fan forever, and until recently hadn’t given a lot of thought to Dunne.
I feel the same. Lots of love toward Didion but limited thought had been given towards Dunne.
